The project objective is to improve the existing road to meet the increasing traffic demand. The consulting services include the preliminary design and conduct of QA/QC services for road improvement, including revisions on technical specifications, establishing QA/QC testing procedures, establishing site management systems and providing necessary training. (Road Length: 42.6 km)
